Environment and jungles are among the most important blessings that God has laid down, that protect them in throughout the word has become a major concern and many rules to prevent their destruction were applied. For those provisions environment guards and rangers assigned to protect these arenas and prevent their destruction. In keeping with this mission, they have powers that it’s two most important includes, at first if they be trained, they will be Justice Officers and second they have the right to carry a gun at work. Sometimes these people cause damage for their around people. These people if make damage, based on the theory of fault are responsibleand with considering that they are government employees, according to the civil liability act, if they intentionally or by negligence in the line of duty, cause damages, are responsible for compensation and only the management is responsible, if creation of damages caused by defective its equipment's.
