Legitimacy and its key role is regarded the most obvious assumptions of political science and international politics. When the base question is the international relations and legitimacy, therefore,
achieve a new basis of legitimacy in international relations becomes one of the necessities of politicalscientific identity that failing that becomes Problematic in the TranspositionContemporaneity of politics than other social sciences. The purpose of this paper is to identify new principles of legitimacy in international relations. The Researche approach descriptive-analytical and to collect information about the way of library is used. The findings suggest that the basis of sustainability and change of international relations is based on the principles of its legitimizing. Changes occurring in the contemporary world on the foundations of the legitimacy of international relations are transformation of legitimacy and acceptability to the new principles. Human rights and the environment as a new basisof the legitimacy of international relations is rapidly seizing scientific positions in world politics.
